I am so blessed to have this job. Documenting the true essence of parents loving on their sweet baby is so amazingly fulfilling to witness. Mom wanted a lifestyle family session at home and the beach. We scheduled it when Griffin turned 3 months.  We began our session at their beautiful home where Penny, their dog, was able to join in.  I have to admit that at one point I must have sounded like Sheldon from the Big Bang Theory calling her name to get her attention, but it worked...She was such a good doggy! Next we headed to Fort Lauderdale Beach for some outdoor photos.  Griffin loved the palm trees and the camera as much as the camera loved him.  Those big eyes and beautiful smiles are to die for, but just wait until you see the way he looks at his mom and dad...Insert googly loving eyes emoji here!

Time sure flies...I met this gorgeous baby when he was 7 days old at his home when I did his newborn photos and he just had his first birthday!  He is still the same sweetheart that he was then and his beautiful eyes speak a thousand words.  Despite that teething had him under the weather, he did wonderfully during his session.  Davi sits on his own, crawls, stands and walks holding on to mommy and daddy's hands (or furniture) and grabs his puffs with his little fingers perfectly.  

I keep props to the minimum on my milestones sessions as I am all up for keeping baby as my main focus...Absolutely love to incorporate parents in milestone sessions so they have a visual memory to compare in their arms how much their baby has grown. 

We started off with a family photo and then to create connection I asked him where his daddy was and check out his reaction on the second photo...Sweetest moment ever!

I have to admit that I was a little nervous for this session as I don't photograph many teenagers, but the minute we met I knew it was going to be a great and fun session.  Everyone was super easy going and kids were so sweet, polite, and respectful...Blew my mind!  I loved every minute spent with this family.  Watching them care for their grandpa melted my heart!  That day was super breezy and cold although not so much for these guys as live in Maryland and grandpa was visiting from Germany.  After we covered the main photos, older grandson took his grandpa back to the car to keep him more comfortable.  Always feel so humbled and grateful when families trust me to create memories for them.
